Basic Package £420 (Monday - Thursday £360)
Our Basic package includes either Leanne or Darren attending the wedding venue an hour before the
ceremony. We shoot constantly as your day progresses (including your ceremony if you would like, and if allowed). If requested, a small number of formal group pictures then some special photographs of the 'happy couple', the best man, ushers and bridesmaids while your guests mingle. The photographer will
then carry on taking relaxed reportage style pictures of you and your guests enjoying the day. Then
shortly before your wedding breakfast or reception we will do a posed cake shot, before we leave
you to enjoy your meal and the rest of your day.
This usually works out to be around four hours of photography.
The disks we’ve supplied this year have had 400-1000 pictures on them. The number of
pictures vary according to the number of guests and whether we are given permission to shoot your ceremony as well - some churches
and venues won't allow it. Our Basic package gives you all the above and all the pictures on a
copyright free disk, in high resolution format so you can print your own pictures if you wish to. If you
don't want the hassle we can offer several services all list below.
Additional Photographer £120
For larger weddings of 80+ guests it can sometimes be an advantage to have two photographers. This allows one of them to shoot casual
reportage, while the other does the main group photos - so you don’t miss a single detail of your wedding
day!
Extra shooting time £80 per hour
You may wish for us to take photographs of you getting ready, hair, make up, dress, shoes and Jewelry. We suggest an extra hour to attend the brides location before the wedding.
You may wish to have a photographer atend the Grooms location before the wedding as well, and if you choice to have an additional photographer then we can offer this option as well. You may also wish to add
extra time on to the reception to cover afternoon and evenings. If you opt for just the Basic package then we will stay till you sit
down for your wedding breakfast.
Pictures on the Internet Free with any other extras or £20
We arrange for all pictures to be placed on the web so you and your guest can view and order them
direct from us.
Proof books start from £80
Proof books which contain all the pictures of your wedding day with file numbers so you can pass it
round your friends and family who can choose prints they want. They are bound books with your picture
and details on the front. To complement this we offer prints at very competitive rates and supply order
forms for guest to send directly back to us so there’s no hassle for you.
Travel
Travel is charged at 50 pence a mile..
Albums
We supply Graphistudio Coffee table style start from £250 and go up to £2500 (for the largest with
maximum pages) price depends on size and number of pages. You may ask 'what do I get for so much'?
You get a very high quality book bound album with individually designed pages by us in full consultation
with you through out the design process, you approve the proofs then it goes off to be printed and
made in to a book.
We can taylor our service to be exactly what you want for your special day; the
Basic package with a copyright free disk or the Full works, as much or as little as you want. Also see our Inclusive

Albums and proof books can be done at a later date.
