Lyndsey and Adrian’s Wedding day began at Lyndsey’s parents house in Woolton. Darren meet up with the Boys at the Alicia Hotel, Liverpool for photographs before moving on to St. Peter’s Parish Church, Woolton, Liverpool. Back at the house Lyndsey and her bridesmaids had their hair done and Lyndsey’s grandparents arrived to be with their granddaughter on her special day. Everyone was so relaxed I almost forgot I was on a wedding! We spent time in the garden having lunch and playing games with the two youngest bridesmaids (Thanks to Lyndsey’s Mum for my sandwiches and kitkat!). When it was time to leave for the Church Lyndsey looked amazing and her family looked so proud of her.

The ceremony was great and the Rector Kip Crooks and Verger Graham Paisley were both very helpful with the photography. As Lyndsey and Adrian both signed the register there was an beautiful choir singing… it was lovely! After the church the guests were treated to a tour of Liverpool in two white double decker buses – Scouse, Ollie and Calv introduced the tour and handed out song sheets.

The reception took place in the Palm house Sefton Park, a Victorian glasshouse and brilliant place for photography. we love Palm house Sefton Park

  1. Hi, found your photos on a search for wedding buses in Liverpool and wondered if you could find out from the couple who they used for the white buses with the tour guides? Would be so perfect for my weddign next June, and cannily enough we’re also having the reception at the Palm House! Your photos are getting me even more excited!!! :-)

  2. Hi – I hope you find this info helpful

    http://www.napierpoint.co.uk

Napier Point provided both wedding buses

Guides were wedding ushers who were provided with scripts and song sheets to help proceedings along. Highly recommended = experience enjoyed by all the guests: sing-a-long was really great fun.

  3. Hi Becky,
We used Napier Point for the double decker buses ( http://www.napierpoint.co.uk/index.php) they were a very good company and happy to carryout the specific tour we wanted around various sites of Liverpool. They had 2 white wedding double decker buses and decorated them for us too.

Have a fantastic time at your wedding…..the palm house is truly magical….you’ll have a lovely time!!! xx

  4. Hi Lindsey

We are also planning on getting married at St Peter’s, I wonder if you would mind giving me the name of the choir you hired and whether they were expensive or not?

    Thanks

    Emma
